Booking & Payment
Do you offer payment plans?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. However, we do have a generous discount if you want to pay in full.
Is there a travel fee?
No, we do not charge travel fees. We have teams in your area so we do not have to charge you for travel.
What is your most popular package?
Our most frequently booked package is the 8-hour coverage package.
Can the hours in our package be split across different times?
No, all booked hours must be used consecutively. This is a standard industry practice.
Wedding Day Logistics
What time will you arrive on the wedding day?
We arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to unload and set up. This setup period does not count against your booked coverage time.
Do you have experience with LGBTQ+ weddings?
We sure do.
Photography & Videography Details
Can we provide a shot list?
Yes! We welcome shot lists and encourage you to send them to us in advance for review.
Do you provide lighting equipment?
Yes, we bring professional lighting equipment but use it only when necessary. Our priority is to capture natural light whenever possible. However, for receptions or low-light environments, we will use additional lighting to ensure optimal image quality.
Do you carry backup equipment?
Yes, we always bring backup cameras and equipment to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.
Engagement Sessions
How long does an engagement session last?
Engagement sessions are one hour in length and can include multiple locations within that time frame.
Video Production & Delivery
Will you capture audio for the film?
Yes, we use high-quality wireless microphones to ensure clear audio recording. Typically, we mic the groom or officiant, and we also set up two backup audio sources for redundancy.
Who selects the music for the wedding film?
After booking, we provide a wedding film questionnaire where you can share your music preferences. We aim to select cinematic music that complements the overall feel of your wedding film.
Is drone footage included?
Yes, drone footage is included in our larger packages. Our licensed drone operators capture aerial shots of your venue, provided weather conditions, FAA regulations, and scheduling allow. Please note that drones will not be flown during the ceremony itself.
Can we receive the raw footage from our wedding?
Yes! We provide complimentary access to all raw, unedited footage. You will receive a link to view and download the footage at your convenience.
How will our wedding film be delivered?
All wedding films are delivered digitally. You will receive a secure link to download your film as well as a Vimeo link for easy sharing.
What is the turnaround time for editing?
Our standard editing timeframe is 30-90 days from your wedding date. While most films are completed within 30-60 days, peak season may result in longer turnaround times. If you require expedited editing, we offer a rush service for an additional fee.
How long is the highlight film?
Our highlight films are typically edited to match the length of a single song, sometimes we will make it longer based on footage and creative value.
What is included in the extended edit?
The extended edit includes full coverage of key moments, including pre-ceremony preparations, the entire ceremony, and major highlights from the reception.
How long is the extended edit?
The length of the extended film generally ranges from 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the amount of footage captured. We will always include your ceremony, reception entrances, dances and speeches.
What is 4K resolution?
4K Ultra High Definition (UHD) is four times the resolution of standard 1080p HD, resulting in a sharper and more detailed image. We offer a 4K upgrade for an additional $200, which we highly recommend for optimal visual quality
